one of top 3 bank in Indonesia need 360 solutions customer profiling application, their  goal is to get information about customer from all angle to be able to offer them products or services from the bank it self, it can be upselling, cross-selling or others.

The Brief

In many years This top Bank in indonesia is clueless about their own customer profile, they do not have the capability to put their data in use for marketing or sales purposes. the data is available but not easy to read and user friendly enough for sales and marketing team to capitalize. we manage to find out this problems and offer the customer solutions that will be able to put the data into on system and provide recommendations for sales or marketing team to act upon.

Our Approach

we gather requirment from our client which is top 3 Bank in indonesia, we propose a solutions. with mock up app first, after the client approve, we continue with data retrieval from data warehouse and create an app that will view customer profile and their informations, what they expenditure in telecommunication, educations, electricity bill etc.. which will be analyzed with our Machine Learning technology to show how is the customer positions as potential customer of new product that the bank offer.

The Results

The Bank get more accurate target for their marketing and sales team to reach out, this prove to be very profitable investment , because it  increase conversion rate and sales rate in general.

with this new system, marketing and sales team can focus on the best customer to approach, rather than calling and approaching random customer that sometimes do not have the potential to buy the product.
