The Brief

Enterprise Partner Settlement & Revenue Assurance (EPSRA) is a department that serves as a payment gateway between PT Telcom and vendors in providing services/solutions to PT Telco B2B customers. they decided to find a solutions for this problem and find out about PT Xqusite that happen to have advance solutions for OCR and Data Extractions and Validation capability

Our Approach

after introductions with ESPRA, we decided to gather information from our client at PT Telco about which documents that have the highest volume and needed to be sorted out as soon as possible. we created many of template model to be used in our Recap an AI based solution to automate and simplify the recurring process of maintaining and tracking the invoices of third-parties and its validation process.
